You may request to cancel your appointment via the form below. Should you be cancelling within 2 working days of the appointment please note the cancellation policy below.

Our Cancellation Policy is as follows:

We are happy to move or cancel appointments, but require 2 working days’ notice in writing via email or via this form please. Failure to attend without notice, or any appointments cancelled within 2 working days of arrival, will be charged in full.

Our objective is that all patients receive the best possible experience. If you are running late for your appointment, we will do our best to fit you in. Please be aware that late arrival may result in a shortened or cancelled appointment.

Please allow enough time before your appointment to park and check in with reception; there is often a queue.

If you arrive 15 minutes after your appointment is due to start, it will be cancelled automatically. A cancelled appointment will result in the fee terms detailed above.

Terms And Conditions

Appointments can be moved or cancelled free of charge providing the request is made more than 2 working days before the appointment.

If you should cancel your appointment within 2 working days of the appointment, you will be charged in full.

If your circumstances change and you are unable to attend the appointment in person (due to illness, caring responsibilities or any other reason), we may be able to offer a remote consultation at the scheduled time instead to avoid you being liable for the cancellation fee. In this instance, please call us on 07841023647.  Please note that some of our clinic appointments run outside of the normal telephone hours (9:30am-2:30pm) and in such circumstances we may not be able to assist.

If you forget to cancel, or fail to attend your appointment you will be charged for this in full. Reminders are sent on email a few days before your appointment to assist with this.
